I lived in Taylor Tower my first year, Hauck House my second, 220 East Lane (the big ass apartment building on the corner of Lane and Indianola) last year, and 1975 Summit Street this year and next. By far, Summit Street is the best. BY FAR.

  2. FR Year ('95-96)- Stadium Dorm- Best part about it was not having windows which allowed me to sleep at any hour of the day

SO & JR Year (96-98)- Fraternity House on 15th

1st SR Year (98-99)- 1616 Summit, between 12th and Chittendon, probably a few houses down from OSUGrads- huge house, 3 floors and a basment, with 4 in the house it was only $180 each in rent, # of people living there varied from 4-8 during the year. The area wasnt the best but couldn't beat the price.
Although rent was cheap, we had a Kegorater which sucked up any excess $'s. I'd hate to think how many kegs we went through at that place. Many good times there, most of which I barely remember.

2nd SR Year (99-00)- Olentangy Commons, not as wild as the house on Summit, but yeah that pool was amazing...

DEBuckeye It ain't easy, bein' cheesy.

I was in Park hall for one year, and then I moved to a house on 11th St. The University owned the house, and rent was only $200/month- utilities included. It was a very small apartment, but you can't beat that price with a stick.

2322 Summit (Summit and Maynard. 1991-1993) What a great house.

Before that, I was living up off Bethel and I did some time over on Riverview.

1 year in Morril Tower (I couldn't believe I lived on the fucking 13th floor! The only building I had ever been in, at that point in my life, that had a 13th floor and I lived on it)

    1 year in Park Hall

    1 year 100 E. Chittenden

    1 year W. 8th

    1 year E. 12th

1 year Summit (less than one blocak north of lane)

2 years on E. 15th between Summit and Fourth

A lotta years I know, but more than one degree. And those days were absolutely great days indeed, best remembered via some smileys.

100 East Ninth. Corner of Ninth and Summit, only two short blocks from the four freshman dorms, one block from Taco Smell, and less than two from Maxwells, The Edge, Co-eds, etc. Ah, quarter pitchers at Maxwells. Yup, good times. 21, I'm pretty sure we've tipped some beers before. I partied at that house several times.

  11. olentangy commons was crazier than you people think. there was a lot of f'd up stuff going on in those apartments..you just couldn't tell.

anyway i lived at Smith Hall (92/93) >> 106 E. Lane Ave >> 35 East Northwood >> 1874 North High St (above state discount and cdwarehouse) >> to east town street >> to south 5th (downtown)

other notable addresses where i partied..and really there are too many to mention...but the freakhouse at chittenden and summit w/the half pipe in the backyard...also the house at 12th and summit on the southeast corner..was a perennial party house..typically hippied out though....the house on 16th and indianola (on the east side) ..some aweseom parties there thank you derrick....the house across the street from the old fiji house on 17th b/w indianola and summitt...looked like a dump but had some good times. 95 e. lane...perhaps the mother of all party houses..probably had my craziest times or at the house on Neil and Maynard i think. man that was awesome...total debauchery at its finest from girls on ecstasy making out downstairs..to the everpresent nitrous tank..to the mountains of cocaine upstairs...lol...i miss those times...

i forgot to add 2368 N. summit and a few others as well...i can't do this trip down memory lane...makes me too sad..

95 e. lane was the mother of all party houses. When did you hang out there?

Moved to University Village - it was quiet and boring.
Moved to Harvard Square (walking distance to Kahoots).
