When do they want to decide?

It would be great to have a list of the guys that want to decide before the season starts and of those who want to enroll early. I think Taz wants to start early.

Well since OSU is on quarter's they don't have to decide until spring break, they can get on scholarship for the beginning of spring quarter and that is after the NLOID. At other schools its probably be before January.

But remember Fred Davis, signed in mid-January even though USC had already started, so they can really decide at a lot of different times.
