The stuff I made was AWESOME! The buffalo chicken dip was way awesome!
The Swiss bacon dip & the chilli cheese dip,taco soup was good too! Oh I forgot the beef~cheese ball too!
The MVP goes to Buffalo chicken dip.

wow! getting ready for angioplasty?

SOOOO GOOOOD........Used spicy italian sausage, Kansas City style dry rub, and Cattlemen's honey bbq for the wet layer and dipping. I had to hide the final piece so OCBF could have it for breakfast with a fried egg.

Did anyone actually make the Bacon Explosion? I need to hear about it. And not just now, but 6 years from now as well.

I took pictures of the process and am writing up my experience with it for the BBQ Addicts. I can post here in the explosion thread as well.

I also fell victim to the commercial-lust and ordered two large Cassanos pizzas & an order of breadsticks for me and my family, washed down with a few cold Miller Lights (not for the kids...they had sprite ).

I know...I disgust myself...but I didn't want to get so beer-full that I couldn't over-endulge in the pizza feast, so I didn't purchase my usual variety of foreign beers or micro brews.

Pre-game was filled with snacking on cold KFC from the night before...and a couple Coors Lights...I'm pathetic.

I'll do better next year. I promise.
