Whats the most over the speed limit, you've been warned for.

I always get a ticket, never just a warning...

Although one time, I was going 113 in a 55. The officer took it down to 108 so he didn't have to arrest me, that was sort of a warning, with a HEFTY ticket/fine.

I received a warning going from Flint to Detroit on Easter morning. I was going about 75 a 55 when I noticed a car with its headlines on (it was a foggy morning) about mile or two back. I knew instinctively that it was a cop so I got off at the next exit near Clarkston and waited about a minute or two. Sure enough the cop pulls in behind me at a closed Shell station. I think he was going to give a ticket till he saw two tricycles in the back seat of the car. He asked where I was going and I said to my parents to celebrate Easter with my two kids. l didn't mention that my wife would be there also as we were moving back to Ohio and she was already there. He mentioned that he knows how tough it is to be away from your children all the time. He probably believed I was divorced and took pity on me. Thank God!!

When I was in the military I knew a ton of soldiers that got out of speeding tickets and even a dwi once due to the fact that they were military. They just made sure that they had their military id in front of their drivers license in their wallets so the cop can't help but see that they are military.

Ticket... 80 in a 55

Warning... I was going 70 in a 45 on a backroad on my way from Defiance to Cleveland... I was on some little two lane road and a trooper past me and turned on his lights... I actually stopped and waited for him on the side of the road because I knew he got me... he said since I waited for him he'd let me off if I slowed down fromthen on. I think his shift was over and he just wanted to go home

Didn't help my buddy. He was home for a two week leave from Iraq and got a DUI I believe his third day back. Tried to tell the guy he was home from Iraq for just two weeks but it didn't matter.

Did end up getting it pleaded down to a reckless op. b/c he knew a baliff in the court in which he was appearing.

In June of 2002, my whole family was in Orlando for a family vacation. We had one day free to go to the beach. Since none of my brothers knew jack about Florida, they allowed us to pick which beach we were to go to. We chose Cape Canaveral National Seashore since it is nice a quiet, good shelling etc. When we got there, it was closed for a space shuttle launch. Now, anyone who has been to Florida in the summer knows that you can't be on the beach in the height of the day especially with several young kids. So I book the van for Cocoa Beach. I am going like 95 when we get to a construction zone. I slow down to 70 (I think the speed limit was a 35). A cop nailed me with a radar gun and jumps in his cruiser after me. He pulls me over and tells me that the fine might be $500.00. Now my kids are in the back seat crying, my wife is bitching me out and my parents are there too. I guess the guy took pity on me and reduced it to reckless op and gave me a ticket for "only" $70.00.

It felt like I got off with a warning, :)
