Flying to Austin for the game, and hopefully Glendale on Jan. 8th!
Currently, it was a road trip to Indiana last year. There is absolutely nothing in Bloomington. We walked down the street from a friend's apartment to the stadium waving a giant Ohio State picnic blanket as a flag and we were getting honks from OSU fans driving by the entire way down.

About an 8 hour drive, from Richmond VA to Columbus.
Did it last year for San Diego State, and then again this year for the Minnesota game.

When I was stationed in California I used to walk the 3 miles one way to the only sports bar in Monterey California that could even get college football. After the third week of saying "who's Ohio State?" the dumbass bartender knew better and called up his service to find out what channel we were on at 9:30 in the morning no less! Not exactly a far trip or a terrible location but I had to give those Posh know-nothings a good verbal shellacking like no one's business before they figured out the business!!!
Wouldn't you know it, by the 5th week of the season that bartender had converted! We lost one game that season and tied Wisconsin for the Big10 title, thanks to a blocked field goal attempt, and that bartender had a beer and stool ready for me every Saturday after that. The bottom line, no matter where you go, no matter who you're with, the Buckeye tradition conquers all!!!!!!!!!!
