The thing is, he did pay his $99.95.

Remember that we only allow a certain number of folks, call it x, at the reduced rate of $99.95. Also, recall that we always allow around 2x in at the reduced rate of $99.95, then we ban those who don't make the grade.

Sometimes we say it is "arguing with mods", sometimes we say it is "trolling", but we always have a valid reason to get the numbers down to the site mandated legal limit.
