What kind of air conditioner/heat pump do you own?

So what does everyone have? I put a Lennox system in our house 2 years ago when we built it. I did heating and cooling years ago and found Lennox to be fairly expensive but pretty reliable.

For those who answer "none"....sucks to be you...:)

We put in a new Lennox furnace and A/C system about 3 years ago. It's pretty efficient.

Some generic brand. We rent. Thing must be 25 years old. The guy that looked at it last time, when it needed fixed, said it was so old the serial number had rusted off.

None! I live a traditional adobe brick house. Adobe houses stay pretty cool during the summer days. It's that thermal mass thing.
The house sits on a slab, which has radiant heat in the floor. Very efficient and nice to have warm floors in the winter!
I get a lot of solar heat in the sunny, southwest winters.
And the house is very, very quiet.

Yesterday I would have answered Janitrol, but they came and ripped that old piece of junk out, so now I don't own an air conditioner or furnace. By tonight, I am hoping ot be the proud new owner of a Heil high efficiency furnace and brand spanking new air conditioner.... But for now, it's none.

we have a window unit in each room in our apartment that was provided by the building. couldn't tell you what brand they are except that they keep us cold.
