What do you have programmed to DVR?

Heard a report on NPR about a big conflab for TV producers and Advertisers. It's where contracts are drawn up and the ad folks pony up the tab for time on air... this year there's a probability that TV add revenues may be way down due to DVRs and Tivo... too many people fast forwarding through the commercials or setting recorders to eliminate them. I've even gotten to the point that I don't "start" football games until an hour after kick off. then I watch, fast forwarding through the breaks and usually watch the final 10 minutes live.

Interesting statistic also presented, only 10% of American homes now have a DVR or Tivo. Industry thought it would take off much faster. Now predicting we won't reach 30% until something like 2010 and 50% by 2015.

i think i read somewhere 16 percent of tvs have dvrs. so that makes your numbers pretty close to what i read i guess.

the way WOWs worked, and me being too lazy to try and figure it out, it did That 70's Show, every channel it was on, and at every time of the day.. and seriously, thats on at least 572 times a day.
