What book or book series would you like to see made into a movie?

Most of my favorite books have been or are going to be made into movies. I guess it helps that I don't read much other than Michael Crichton and Dan Brown or any new authors that come along. I'm hoping that after The Da Vinci Code comes out they make movies out of Angels and Demons and Deception Point. As far as Crichton goes I don't know if they are going to make movies out of any more of his books for a while after Timeline bombed. Timeline was such a good book to be that bad of a movie. I have 2 more Crichton books to read whenever I get a chance.

If they made "The Missing Links" by Rick Reilly into a movie it would be the funniest golf movie ever made. If anyone out there likes to play golf, and gamble while doing it this book will make you laugh so hard you cry. I highly recommend it.

"A Hero of our Times" by Mikhail Lermontov, although I'd like to see it updated to modern times.

It would have to be multiple movies like the Harry Potter series, but "The Wheel of Time" series by Robert Jordan could be pretty cool if done right.
