Personally I think their Two Hearted Ale is one of the best pale ales in the country – it’s perfectly balanced between malt and hops. They use all Centennial hops and the flavor and aroma are amazing. I’ve tried to make a clone of this beer myself several times but still can’t get quite get the same balance.

I like that as well. Barley's sometimes has it on tap.

I have one of those in my fridge from a mixed six pack I bought. I haven't yet tried it, but may break it out tonight.

Make sure you pour it in a glass and don't drink it out of the bottle - you need to bring out all that hoppy goodness.

I had some Gordon Biersch hefeweizen in Tempe right after the Fiesta Bowl. I think it would have been great even if I hadn't had it right after tOSU dumped the Domers.
