Yet they can't arrest and charge these idiots from Westboro with anything? Or at least put some laws on the books to divert them?
I'm not saying the kids are in the right they obviously aren't, but it seems like our desire to follow the constitution and protect the rights of citizens is pretty selective in no way that seems to make much sense.
