Could it be that the rumor the other day was true?
He got upset, and denied it because it got out.

If he does choose WVU, I would respect that. After all, that was his original choice.

That is exactly what I was thinking even after he denied the article...that guy may have embellished a little, but he did not make up the entire thing. The comments about it not supposed to go to pubication until Tuesday sent up a flag also...

Then again, if he's so sure that he's going to WVU, and it's supposed to be between three schools (WVU, OSU, USC), then why only put two hats, and not three, in the bag? Why not just put the hat of the school you're going to? Unless he wants to pull some theatrics...

Also the secret trip to Morgantown over the week (if that really did happen) was denied as well. By the way last minute plane tickets to Anytown, USA cost an arm and a leg......

Lorenzo Booker on ESPN a couple of years ago had hats for his 4 choices in front of him and put on a FSU hat when he made his choice. i'm sure it's not exactly like what NBC did for the AA game, but i'm sure recruits still do the hat thing.
