Indeed. That part of the proud tradition of UK basketball (or SEC schools in general) never seems to get played up that much by the media anymore. Kind of like Grad alluded to on some of the blatant calls that went UK's way...it makes you honestly wonder.

I'd ease up a bit on the SEC. The Big 10 season and tourney champs got beat by the SEC's 2/3 team and the only Big 10 team left is playing without their point guard.

Hard game to watch, best possible result would have been a 20 - 20 tie after seven OTs and with five broken legs on each team.

Still, since I live in Cincinnati and not Gallipolis, I'd rather have UK out.

Callipari and Thuggins don't leave much room for separation either. Now will someone please beat Duke so we can all move onto Spring Football.

When Northwestern fans start thumping their chests and saying "we" or "us" in regards to the B10 teams that are actually good I'll ease up on the SEC. Until then I adhere to a blanket "fuck the SEC and every mouth breather in it" policy.

An SEC school hires a walking NCAA infraction for a HC who just so happens to land a minor league NBA team for his first recruiting class and you are make allegations of something improper? Boy you're a cynical bastard.

I choose to believe they landed the top 2 recruits in the country because of UK's renowned music program but then again people always tell me I'm a wide eyed optimist.

When a team is placed on probation all TV revenue resulting from televised games featuring said team will be returned to the sponsors.
