How in the hell was tht bomb not a TD for USF? I've got vCash on WVU, and there's no way that guy stepped out.
The Big East replay ref should lose his job on that call.

What a joke - the only defender within 20 yards of the guy was on his face, and the receiver was in the end zone in 4 quick steps. The replay should be able to ignore any potential impact of the whistle on plays like that, and just get it right.
They changed the rule to allow replay to ignore quick whistles when they don't affect immediate fumble recoveries, so it should be able to correct that atrocious call.
