We've been meaning to talk to you about that "shower" thing. I'm sure there were plenty of people who would have volunteered to help at least give a sponge bath or something.

I'm glad the recovery is going well. I'm sure people will be glad to see you "back in the saddle"

Oh funny the shower thing! I sponge bathed myself rather well,although I would have let any of the B.P. guys help me out :biggrin:!
It was tough getting in the shower,my upstairs bathroom was the lucky room!
The shitter if you will is close to the tub/shower so I slid from that into the shower & on my way to cleanliness! I'm squeeky clean right now!

I was sooo happy when I got my cast off. CCI was nice enough to give me a bath for 5 months, but it's just not right having to tie a trash bag around your arm and hold it in the air when you are bathing (or being bathed). The first "real" shower I took when I got my cast off--I got a brand new loofah and almost scrubbed all my skin off of my left arm! :lol:

Great to hear, elliemae! The good news with all that cutting on your foot is that it will be easy to hide. :tongue2: But, you have lots of work to do! Spring will be here before you know it so get movin'!

I wear a walking boot~but no pressure on it yet! The stitch marks are healed that is why I got to get a shower!

Yeah tell me about it! If it's more than 2 steps I either crawl up or scooch down them! I have this inner fear of tumbling with crutches!
