A person that's banned can still access the site to view the message that they are banned. Tibs is still banned.

He is probably accessing the site from one of his many computers/IPs/browsers and he has to sign out of that name before he can sign in as Guy Incognito.

I miss old tibs as well... He was pushing towards the end, but nice to have the "other" view expressed every now and then (only prob. is he did it 24/7, not every now and then)...
not sure what he did to get banned... I would guess it was a big deal. It takes a lot to get banned around here...

Well, it had to be a lot worse than being an asshole; otherwise, he would have been banned years ago.
Of course Tibor has been posting here for some time over the last week as Guy Incognito, Sober, StooGrimson......
