Not in this contest it hasn't. Lines are frozen once posted in this thread. I believe that was clearly stated, for those that read the lengthy post with the rules. This is from post 1 of this thread.

Once I post the point spreads inside this thread, they are locked for purposes of this contest. Only the spreads listed in this thread will be used to award points.

If you weren't slick enough to spot that the original line was set before the game got moved to Tempe, too bad. I actually posted 'Tempe' behind LSU, since they were in CAPS as the official 'home' team.

So everybody had a chance to grab Arizona St, for 9 1/2, knowing that the game was in Tempe. And actually, according to the rules of this contest, you can still edit your original pick, as long as it's before both kickoffs (the game that you first picked and the game you're switching to).
