Middletown High School Hallway, during class.

Correct. Lucas had a personal rule that he wouldn't talk to college coaches until his HS basketball career was over. Rupp came up to Middletown HS and got access to the classroom. The teacher told Lucas that Coach Rupp was in the hallway, so Jerry went out to talk to him. He said (paraphrasing) "I'm sorry you came all this way, Mr. Rupp, but I had a rule about not being contacted until after I played my last high school game. Please don't come to MIddletown again, and I will not be attending Kentucky."
