Correct. Down 13-7, the team was stopped on the goal line with less than 2 minutes left, but got the ball back and drove into the red zone with 13 seconds left. An interception made it appear that the game was over, and TBDBITL started to head onto the field. But a 12-men penalty gave tOSU another chance, and they scored. The next play was stopped but also had a Northwestern penalty. The Buckeyes then scored to tie the game. The XP was blocked, but 2 guys were offsides, and the second XP attempt gave tOSU a 14-13 victory.

Down 13-7? Are you sure they weren't down 6-0?

BB73 - Looks like my source (a book) had the score wrong - the final score is listed as 7-6.
