Correct - Sun Belt, MAC, and the WAC.
Of the mid-major conference teams to ever be AP #1, SMU is now in Conference USA, and BYU and TCU are now in the Mountain West.

For each of the 6 BCS Conferences, if you were to add up the total appearances at #1 in the AP football poll for all teams currently in the conference, and then divide that by the number of teams currently in the conference, that would give the average number of appearances per team at AP #1 for each of the BCS Conferences.

In order, list the 3 conferences with the highest such average.
