Correct. The refs ruled that Dustin Fox pushed Moorehead out, so he was legal to come back in and make the catch. Ironically, in the OT it was Moorehead that caught a ball in the air in the end zone but was pushed by Dustin Fox so that his first foot landed out of bounds (the second one landed in bounds).
