Correct. They had 1 loss when the final polls came out, then lost the Rose Bowl. They are the only other team to win a major poll's title and end up with 2 losses (since the AP poll started in 1936).

For all of the AP and Coaches National Championship football teams since 1960, only one team has 3 defeats of NC teams in seasons in which they were National Champions. Which team has those 3 victories?
