Correct, Boone and Nicol. Because your answer wa only 2 minutes after the previous one, I let the time go to make sure nobody else had the same answer before yours became OK with the clock.

That was obviously Datish at center, wearing the same #50 as Gholston. Sad they got that wrong.

BK has pointed out that the first play in that NIU game was a 32-yard pass to Hartline, so he obviously started the game. I've also found an article that says that Robiskie also started that game. So I'll consider buckeyes rock, bkb and BK to also have correct answers, and no longer believe participation reports (Having Gholston at center should have been enough to not trust them).

Patterson did make the first tackle of that game, so I believe the 4 guys on defense are correct.
