Just curious, unscientific poll, if Ryan Day left tOSU after this season for whatever reason (NFL, couldn't get over the hump so AD and him mutually move on, whatever the reason is unimportant)

would you consider Cignetti as a viable replacement?

Definitely. Not sure there are many other good, realistic options to look at. Didn't realize he was already 63 so that limits his window here. Thought about the BSU coach, but he's 35 and he's still in his first season so don't want to think about it till we see how he closes it out. Also feels like Boise coaches always underdeliver when moving to a new program.

I think he'd have many of the same issues Day does, just older. Offensive coach, 3 straight years losing in the FCS finals or semis. Middling defenses.
