Absolutely. Rutgers and Iowa both used the hold and interfere every play and hope they don't call it method against us and had moderate success. Pretty much the only way to slow down our passing attack.

Since that’s an offensive penalty, I don’t think that would’ve happened with the clock at zero. They took forever to review the clock getting to zero, though.

Locksley should have taken the delay penalty instead of the timeout, there would have been 5 seconds instead of 6, and the 1 second was worth more than the 5 yards in that situation.
