Except unlike the NFL they get that recruiting shine so they don't usually put up 2-10, 4-8 seasons like belichecks due cause they can't just out talent people to make up for poor coaching like college. Though admittingly most of Meyers tree has failed as well

If I'm Auburn I'd really look to see if I could get a PJ Fleck or even a Jeff Hafley (Small Sample I know) because Malzon or whatever it's spelt is not the long term answer.
