Penn State should not be in the top 25, theyve beaten no one with a pulse and just took a 2nd loss to a beyond awful team. But they'll still be there in the 20s

On a sack? definitely.
The refs have to place the ball back on the line, the WRs have to get back to the line, the QB has to set up for the next play. That's 15 seconds easily. And the clock is running, so the O is panicking.
10 seconds run off, but you can huddle and take your time b/c the clock is stopped.
Also, when UF was on offense, TX was out of timeouts. So without the helmet coming off, they would have wasted 40 seconds. Napier screwed up, but still 10 seconds is nothing compared to 40.

When was the last time tOSU lost to a team that didn't go to a Bowl game?
I just looked up the Purdue team that waxed us in 2018. They went 6-6 and lost in a bowl.

How he looks like a freshman being thrown into the deep end is beyond me.
The only thing I can think of is he’s playing through an injury that causes the weird throwing motion and such terrible accuracy.

He's a 3* player with a 5 star last name. He looked ok in spot duty against bad teams last year but he's just not talented enough mentally or physically to carry a high level program.
