not illegal to blind side tackle... which is what this was

Not particularly close it was just a hard shoulder to shoulder hit on a runner who wasn't looking

Really surprised they haven't initiated a review yet. That was my initial thought and upon seeing the first replay. Not sure if it was or not, but certainly looked like it could be called that way.
