There has got to be enormous pressure from the networks (the true controllers of CFB at this point) to schedule these big games.

Television money is driving the bus, so the championship games will continue. The SEC might change how the teams that play in the championship game are selected to make sure both are locks for the playoffs regardless of the outcome.

They’ll drop Bama below ND, and then say ND and Miami aren’t next to each other so the head-to-head won’t apply.

So Bama and ND get in and Crysmi will cry.
