Stil have the same number of DBs back there. Put Tyliek or Jerron offset on the nose and other DTs move head up with the ends corralling everytihing. I believe in my heart that would work. The danger is they come out with 4 wide and we get mismatched but I can live with that and pressure on the QB stopping their running game.

We were short on LBs but had linemen. Why we chose nickel, especially after it was clear they could run on it, I'll never know. Their last possession was embarrassing. We had it to one score and just needed to stop the run. We still played nickel, and paid the price...slowly.

Iowa is doing with 2-3 stars what we couldn't do with 4-5 stars.

It felt like we had zero leadership on defense, not the players and definitely not the coaches.

If only we could take away TDs.

OSU didn't give up big play TDs. Just got the ball shoved up our asses on the ground for 4 quarters. Our defense, including the coaches, should feel embarrassed.
