Week 14 Game Discussion Thread

More blind announcers: “that looked like the definition of a chopblock” ignoring the fact that the OL next to him step on his foot causing him to fall down.

Being actually smart about the game is low down the list of qualifications to be a ESPN personality

He hit him low it's a block. That;s literally all that matters

  1. Blocking is obstructing an opponent by intentionally contacting him with any part of the blocker’s body.

if there was no intent to make contact, there was no block. With no block, there’s no illegal block.

I've seen tons of plays where intentionally is not followed but honestly I didn't know that was part of the rule cause they have really tried to take subject stuff like that with Intent out of the rules

Wtf are these dingbats talking about. Apparently the example they are using from 2020 when Ohio State got into the B1G title game over Indiana when they were undefeated and beat Indiana head to head. Not even close to the same thing

The B1G has done this before when there was no rule and COVID (stop me if you have heard this before) mad it a weird one off situation.

But whatever. Nicole is a very smart sammich maker. Listen to her. She knows things
