As long as you mentioned it, last week’s ticker said that Tulane had its first 8-1 start since 1973. I immediately went to double check myself, cause I remembered that Tulane went 12-0 in 1998.

Which they did, but of course a 9-0 start is not the same as an 8-1 start. But obviously the ticker implied 8-1 or better.
