But that assumes LSU can stick around and pull it off. They're sticking around so far, but they seem likely to end up like Tulsa and screwing up right at the end.

What's a "full time" official going to do, though? Spend 40 hours a week reading the rules? They'd still miss calls.

"Competent", I'm afraid, is out of the question.
