Back to reality for Cincinnati after a relatively soft early schedule. They have a decent team this year, but there’s a pretty big gap between UC and Utah/BYU.

Same here. I looked into options yesterday and saw fubo had all the channels like YTTV. Then I saw that fubo is 70% owned by Disney and is $85 a month after the trial and decided not to go for that. But it seems the current haggle isn’t just the rate for YTTV, Disney seems to be trying to get people to switch to fubo.

Sling is still the cheapest I can find. $76 a month.

Also, you can get Sling for $5 per day if you just need ESPN.

I am on an antenna as well.

Plus we bought a year of peacock for $12 on black Friday last year.

ESPN channels and FS1/BTN require cable. So that’s where you (or a family member) either need to buy cable, get one of these pricey streaming services. Or I guess some people go sailing.

Edit. I did just see you can buy fox one and ESPN ultimate together for $40/mo. That plus an antenna (or peacock and paramount plus) is the whole shabang.

There were obviously more impactful plays on Saturday, but this is a column about our dumb, beautiful sport and dumb and beautiful things will be honored. As such, here is Northern Arizona successfully catching a 2-point conversion pass in the pitch black dark after the lights went out in the middle of the play. It had to be re-attempted by rule, but it's still one of the coolest things I've seen all season. NAU converted its second attempt as well, this time with the lights on.
