I don’t mind the 2 point try there since they may only get two more possessions. Let’s them know if the FG try on the next possession is an option.

Florida State is scrappy…like a fly that was hatched in your house and doesn’t really know any threats and kinda just buzzes around and gets stuck between the glass and screen but somehow you can’t smack it with a fly swatter no matter how hard you try.

The "let's them know" argument has never made sense to me since it's a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Keeping the FG in play makes sense, since whether or not you failed by going for two too soon is irrelevant to whether or not you would fail/succeed later.

Notre Dame determined to help FSUs cause by snapping the ball with :15 or more on the play clock that entire series. Clock could be down to about 8:30, instead it’s at 10:19.
