Wedding gift from my wife

had a friend get tickets to the old Boston Garden (last year for Bird) for his 1 year anniversary. He asked his wife if he could take me instead of her and we had a great time. He's on his second marriage and I haven't been to a sporting event with him recently.

So I got hitched this past weekend and my beautiful and wonderful wife gave me tickets to THE GAME for my wedding gift. Seats are pretty much 50 yard-line in 23AA row 6. She went all out. I got me a wonderful woman! It will be only my second time in Ohio Stadium and her first game. Can't wait.

Congrats. Sounds like the honeymoon will last a while.

But were you married on Saturday, the day tOSU had a conference game against Indiana?

All is well n good when you get to watch The Game with great seats.

Most women, though, have something cooking for every 'awesome' gift you get. I said most. Hopefully... you are one of lucky few that actually has a good woman  Just enjoy it.

We tailgated with family and friends at a state park in TN. I brought a satellite dish and my directv receiver and we watched the game while we drank, grilled out, played cornhole. Wedding was on Sunday.

You're a lucky man.

I was engaged to a woman who actually picked the day of THE GAME for our wedding. Alas, that wasn't her only flaw and I ultimately called off the wedding. I ended up attending THE GAME and never regretted that decision.
