After nearly four months the four figure negative monthly cash flow is at an end! I'm down to just one mortgage payment rather than three!!!! Now a roll with the missus, a Coug win, and Husky loss and I'm about as close to heaven as I will get from this side!

Been there and been through that mutiple mortgage payment route.

Good feeling having it all back in control, isn't it?

Congratulations, and go through that checklist of yours (shouldn't a Buckeye win also be in there somewhere :))

Actually we will be taking the kids down to Disney World on the weekend after Thanksgiving. I understand it is a weekend where the place is not so crowded. The kids deserve a reward after having had to live with a dad who has often been a cranky s.o.b. during the past four months.

Life is good and now I can stop wearing a wooden barrell.

Congratulations. My wife said that, during the weekdays, DisneyWorld was still very crowded last month. Universal Studios and SeaWorld were less crowded and better value for money in Orlando. The sports bar where the OSU alumni association meets for Buckeye game broadcasts is very near Universal Studios on International Drive, if I recall correctly.

congrats!!!

we just had a showing on ours yesterday and our's was the favroite of the houses they looked at yesterday but it turns out the people put an offer on another house that they didn't think would get accepcted... guess what, it did :smash:, ours has been up for 4 1/2 months now
