Jozy, not for a lack of effort gives, it a way. Trying too hard and pressing. To his credit, he pressured and won the ball back.

I have to wonder how much of Altidore's pressing is coming from a feeling that he has to do it all himself up top because Findley is a scrub.

Nah....they really improved around the middle of that half. The first 10-15 minutes looked like the field was slanted, but they finally woke up. Maybe somebody should tell them that these matches start an hour before they actually do.
