WC Qualifier: USA at Mexico, Tues 10:00 ESPN

Maybe it's because I grew up in Ohio, but it would never occur to me to handle (or throw) urine or feces at any sporting event.

But it happens in State College, PA, so it's not just limited to outside the U.S.

Mexican fans make Wiscy fans look like saints. Would lose my mind if they won - certainly not expecting it - but one can hope.

P.S. Any side vbets on whether the Mexican fans boo our national anthem again?
Supposedly their coach pleaded with their fans not to boo the anthem.

He may also be out of a job if El Tri tie at Azteca. Nice gesture, nonetheless, but fuck them.

Jesus, we have to listen to Twellman and this Mexican twerp argue with each other all night? What a waste of Ian Darke's talent setting up these clowns for commentary.

I was thinking the exact-same thing

Three people seems like there's too many voices and not enough rapport between the two commentators. You rarely ever see more than two for the sport.

Plus, Twellman and Moreno are adding nothing (as you said, and I agree).

Good thing for Ian Darke, I think ESPN is letting him out of his contract, since FOX lost the Premier League rights to NBC. Darke can't just sit around for a year until World Cup 2014.

I am diggin Gio Dos Santos "All Black" ensemble.

Yeah, it's coming for Mexico.

I'm wondering if Moreno was instructed to fight with Twellman the entire F'ing night (this is coming from the network that brings you "First Take").

I think I might rather have Julie Fowdy than Twellman. It's kind of a wash for me (either/or).
