Sucks that I couldn't see the last 5-10 minutes or so, and it shouldn't have been this difficult to qualify in weak ass CONCACAF, but the win in and of itself was impressive and I'm just happy they're in after the hole they put themselves in.

Jackets get a shutout win on the road
Crew get a shutout win on the road and are within 1-2 poitns of winning the Supporter's Shield
and the United States gets a huge win on the road and QUALIFIES FOR THE WORLD CUP!!

Today was a good day.

A lucky result, but everyone needs luck sometimes. I'm just glad we've got this all locked up, no need to worry about maybe having a playoff against Argentina or something.

Hopefully we keep our foot on the pedal and beat Costa Rica to win the group. :biggrin:

The disallowed goal was very questionable, but the ref gave a FK at the edge of the box that led to Honduras' goal that was not at all, a horrible flop in fact, and he also gave the deserved penalty kick. I thought he was fair in the end.
