Washington 42, Syracuse 12 (Final)

Chris Spielman was just talking about the Dline coach for the Huskies. Apparently he was the Dline coach for the Bucks when Chris played in Cbus and the guy has now been in Washington for TWENTY years as the Dline coach and has withstood all those coaching changes over the years. Thats 1) pretty impressive and 2) kinda sad that he has been a Dline coach for like 20+ years and not "moved up" the ladder of coaching positions.

Here's the bio on Randy Hart. He played OG for Woody, and was on the 1968 NC team.

Well they did what you are supposed to do when playing a team that can't compete athletically. They drilled them and probably didn't get past page 1 in the playbook doing it.

Syracuse's D didn't look D1A caliber to me. We shall see when UW and BSU hook up, the team speed difference won't be as evident.

Does Oregon ever pull a UM/Iowa and wear their ugly yellow at home bball games? (like the Ketchup-Mustard games between OSU-UM).

*shudders at the thought of cuse-oregon in the big dance, esp in hd.
:bonk:
