Yeah, we're pretenders this year. The defense is inconsistant, the offense can move the ball, but they aren't exactly playing tOSU, Wincy, or PSU - teams with pretty damn good defenses.

Martinez puts the ball on the turf too much (surprising he hasn't done it today since it's raining here slightly).

Special teams coverages are still very questionable. VERY.

And the game still isn't over. Let's see if they can keep the foot on the gas here. Not to mention we are MISSING Dennard. Badly. Andrew Green may be pretty good after more experience, but it's obvious that losing all those guys in the secondary with experience has hurt us greatly.

Wow...a rare fullback carry on the option. Lovin that. Then the stiffarm by Enunwa. We might be pretenders this year, but there's enough to make me optimistic with all this young talent for the next couple seasons. A bit more consistancy on the lines, secondary and quarterback, and we can make some noise.
