I am the evil monkey in your closet
In a telephone survey, 92 percent of adults said they wash their hands in public conveniences, according to the study done by the American Society for Microbiology and The Soap and Detergent Association.
But the study, which also conducted research at public restrooms, showed people's actions were not always matching their claims.
Men were the biggest offenders, with just 66 percent of men seen washing their hands in public bathrooms, compared with 88 percent of the women, according to study presented at the Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy meeting in Chicago.
"Very clearly, guys need to step up to the sink," said Brian Sansoni, a spokesman for the soap industry group, told reporters. "One third of guys weren't washing their hands in public restrooms. That's gross."

It's true...we share a restroom with other offices, and I see guys leaving without washing all the time. Haven't seen it by any of our employees, fortunately.

I wonder if any of the non-washers are the same guys talking on their cell phone in the public restroom... :sick1:

I wash my hands before I pee, flush with the bottom of my shoe and kick the door open on the way out. I'm more concerned with what I'd being putting on it than what I'm taking off of it.

There's probably more germs on the sink or door handle than someone's peter.

Yea, because people don't wash their hands! When I use a public washroom, after I wash my hands, I use the towel I just dried my hands with to open the door when I leave. Because of studies like this!

But what if all they have is hand dryers and no paper towels?
