i've heard it before, nevertheless, i still got chills when he started saying how he wanted to walk into the Stadium and look at the Green Grass for the first time, and think to himself that it was the most beautiful sight he had ever seen...

I'm looking for an audio file

Hello, I heard on our local radio station here in akron an Ohio State poem being recited. My wife and I would like to hear the whole thing because it was edited for radio purposes. Is there anyone who has heard this I believe WNCI was also playing this same poem. Each stanza began with I want to . . . It was being read by a man. Can anyone let me know where I might find this audio file?

JWins I have it on a cd, it goes something like:

"I want a fall Saturday in Ohio Stadium. I want a wind chill and 3 degrees." and then goes on to say other things like " I wanna walk into the stadium, see the grass for the first time, feel like Rudies dad and mumble to myself 'This is the most beautiful sight my tired old eyes have ever seen." as well as "I wanna ask 'What the Fuck is a Hoosier?!'"

I saved it and burned it off of the audio file given in this thread.

Some other songs you should download (IMO - I love them):

-"Welcome to Buckeye City" by DJ Scratch-nSniff. Its rap, but nothing profane, it actually gets you pumped when they talk about our players, school and Columbus. It has the best opening line (From Training Day: "Listen, you got alot to learn so keep your mouth shut and your eyes open!"

- Cie Grant (from 2002) singing Carmen Ohio in a snow filled OSU stadium.
- OSU Band covering the Ozzy Song "Crazy Train"

where can we get those files? I'm looking to burn a cd filled with nothing but ohio state stuff and songs about ohio

got a little choked up this time... i always get a tear when i hear stuff like that... anyway.

"F M*ch*g*n, and bring on the Nation Champion OHIO STATE BUCKEYES!!!"

WHOO HOO!!!! i'm so pumped, i could run through a fucking wall right now...
