The "car" voltron was the same as the "spaceship" voltron. It was something like 5-6 cars, 5-6 spaceships, 5-6 teletubbies, and 5-6 something else. The cars were the legs/feet, the spaceships were the arms/hands, other stuff became other stuff. And you're right - it was dumb. At least the individual lions TRIED to attack the evil monster. I don't think the cars/spaceships/whatever did much except explode until they formed the big dumb robot.
Why do I remember that? Why do I remember cheat codes for Mike Tyson's Punchout (007 373 5963) and for Contra (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start - Also worked for Lifeforce)? And to get out of the dungeon in Maniac Mansion, you have to have one dude push the brick in the wall and another dude can escape, if he's fast. But you don't want to put the hamster in the microwave and then give the exploded hamster to the dude who lives in the house - he'll kill your guy.
And one of the Voltron guys died in the first episode. Or maybe early in the series. So they tried to fight evil with just four of them, but they couldn't form Voltron (or maybe Voltron had only 1 leg) so the chick decided to help out, and she became the fifth lion.

My uncle told me about Power Rangers. I've never seen it. I tried to watch it once, but it was HORRIBLE. Anyway, I guess the 5-6 people dress up in colorful costumes and fight the bad guys. The bad guys beat them up, but then they join together into some super awesome hero, with a big sword. And he slices the bad guys up. I think they stole that idea from some show.

Thundercats! That would be awesome! Carmen Elektra should be Cheetara, of course. Or maybe she could be the princess chick from He-Man? Are they making that movie? I wonder who's going to play Ram-Man.Piney said:Silverhawks???

Sven (sp?) was the original pilot of the blue lion who was believed dead after an enemy attack. They later found him in an enemy dungeon if I remember correctly. Most of my info comes second hand though...my folks wouldn't allow me to watch due to the evil witch/sorceress. Yeah, that kept me from ThunderCats and He-Man too.
So any word on the cast? If Tom Cruise plays Keith (black lion), I'm no where near that movie.
