I ran my Virus scan and it said that there was a file that had a virus, so when it came up to delete it wouldnt let me. It said I didnt have axcess.

Here is the name of the file. I tried to follow the path but couldnt find a such thing.

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{11B4CBB0-31B0-483C-A4FE-D6E9E8C1A928}\RP1323\A0436168.exe\A0436168.EXE

It's in your system restore folder. The file will be active, which is why your AV wont remove it. Try running your AV through safe mode first. If it wont allow you to remove it from there, you will need to disable system restore, then run your virus scan. I dont know which version of windows you're running, but if it's XP, this is how you disable system restore:

Right click My Computer, go to Properties. Click the System Restore tab at the top. Checkmark the "Disable system restore on all drives" box.
