I seem to remember a brawl at a minor league baseball game in Durham, NC.

Some hippie decided it would be great to have a "Strike out Domestic Violence" night when Durham and the other team (Winston-Salem I think) who had bad blood between the teams from a previous game.

What resulted was one of the worst baseball brawls in baseball history with several players going to the hospital and entire lineups getting suspended for multiple games.
