    Is Vinny Hall of Fame material? He ranks in the top ten all-time in attempts, Touchdowns, Yards and completions but lacks a Super Bowl win....

    Even if he had 3 rings?

    That's a bit harsh IMO....

    The reason I don't think he should be in the HOF is that he collected all those stats, yet never got really all that close to a Super Bowl.

    I think he has a lot of those records because he's had such a long career. However looking at season by season 98 with the Jets is his only truly great year with 96 campaign with Baltimore being the second best. He's a career 56% with a nearly 1:1 TD to INT ratio. He's stuck around and came a long from the interception machine he was early in his career but he's far from being close to Canton.
