Pretty interesting game on ESPN right now. Nova's guards forced a lot of TOs in the first half, allowing them to take a 1-point lead into halftime.

UConn opened the second half with 13 unanswered points to take a 12-point lead. Then Nova went on a spree with 4-5 3-pointers. Villanova currently leads by 3 with about 11 minutes left

It just goes to show you that the 3 ball can bring you back from just about any deficit.

It is a nice game to watch. I think if Nova keeps hittin' they will pull it out.

FOOLISH play by Nova player. They are up 67-64. A guy breaks to the basket wide open up by three with 17 seconds. Instead of shooting the layup, he brings it back out. Misses the 1 v 1.

Fortunately, nova forces a steal on the ensuing possession.

going to the line to ice the game. Up by 3, 2.2 seconds.

I see no problem with rushing the court here. This will be Villanova's biggest win at home all season long. It might be the biggest win of the whole season for any team.

Plus, it's not as if Villanova has been a perennial powerhouse. So beating one in UConn was a very big deal.
