There is a glitch in the lotto system. It was paying out on almost every ticket bought for a period of time. 2 or 3 people made some quick money before I turned the system off. No ETA on it's return. About now is when osugrad21 posts about how I'm a killjoy :) 4 ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ...
